Women’s Ministries
All ladies are invited to join us on Monday, May 7, 2012, for our monthly meeting. Hostesses for the 6:30 meal will be Jane James and Betty Lawson. Bible Study will follow led by Sarah Finn.
Our May mission project will be a trip to the War Veterans’ Home in Jackson, LA. on Friday, May 18th. We will host a brunch for the women veterans.
Collecting Items for Veterans
The ladies of our Women on Mission group willbe traveling to the War Veterans Home in Jackson, La. on Friday, May 18th.
We will be hosting a 10:00 a.m. gathering for the women veterans who are living there. We are in need of large print reading materials of all kinds. We also want to take large print puzzle books (crossword, word search, etc.) to them for their enjoyment. Bring your donations to the box in the rotunda or give them to a Women on Mission member.
